Wind
When the air moves this is felt as wind. Air moves when there is a difference in temperature between two places. Wind blows from hotter places to colder places, carrying with it heat, which makes the weather. Air also moves when there is a difference in surface air pressure, although such a difference is really just due to a difference in temperature. Wind blows from high pressure to low pressure.
Different parts of the Earth are heated more or less by the Sun. The equator for example, is heated more than the poles. These differences in heating generate temperature and pressure difference across the whole surface of the Earth, which make the prevailing winds. The prevailing winds define different climates around the world.
