- I am an Associate Professor at the "Stefan cel Mare" University of Suceava / Electrical Engineering and Computer Science Faculty and Technical Manager of Electromagnetic Compatibility Laboratory.
- I was a lecturer (2002 - 2008) at the "Stefan cel Mare" University of Suceava / Electrical Engineering Faculty.
- I worked (1994 - 2002) as an electronic engineer with Electrica SA - Suceava Branch. My last job function was "Head of the Protection Relays and Measurement Apparatus Division" - PRAM.
- I was with INP - ENSEEIHT Toulouse, FRANCE, Groupe de Recherches Microondes (GRM), for 3 months, with a Government of France Scholarship (Boursier du Gouvernement Francais).
- I was also with AVO International Blue Bell, USA, for a training course on microprocessor based power factor testing equipments.
- I'm an IEEE Member since 1998 and IEEE Senior Member since 2016.
